We stand behind the schools.
QORIS Education Foundation is a nonprofit that raises money and support for schools and education groups. Our first school is Qorrahey International School in Kabridahar, and more are joining.
Schools teach. We carry the rest.
Running a school takes more than teachers. Someone has to raise the money, keep the books straight, and make sure a pledge made at a dinner in Minnesota turns into books, salaries and repairs on the other side of the world.
That is what QORIS does. We work with schools and education groups so they can spend their time on students, not fundraising.
How it works
A school joins QORIS
We get to know the school, its students and what it needs most.
We raise the support
Fundraising events, monthly givers and pledges, run from Minnesota.
The money goes where you said
When you give for a specific school, that is where your gift goes.
You hear back
Receipts, thank-yous and updates from the school, by text, WhatsApp or email.
Qorrahey International School
Qorrahey is where QORIS began. The school serves children and families in Kabridahar, and the support raised here helps keep its classrooms running.
