The program

QORIS Education Foundation sends text messages to donors and supporters who agreed to receive them: pledge reminders, donation receipts and thank-yous, and marketing messages (news about our work, fundraising appeals and event announcements).

How you join

You join by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on a pledge card at our events, on our donation form, or on our text sign-up page. Consent is not a condition of donating.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually 2–4 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more texts. Reply START to join again.

Supporters outside the US and Canada receive the same messages on WhatsApp instead of by text, if they agreed to WhatsApp messages on our sign-up page. Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop them. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply to messages delivered through WhatsApp.
