What we collect

When you give us your name, mobile number or email (on a pledge card, a donation form or our text sign-up page), we keep it together with your pledge and donation amounts, the messages we send you, and a record of when and how you agreed to receive messages.

How we use it

We use your information only to thank you, send pledge reminders and donation receipts, share news about our work, and answer your questions.

Text messages

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us, and only for that purpose.

If you agreed to WhatsApp messages, we send them through WhatsApp (Meta). The same rules apply: your number and opt-in are never sold or shared for marketing, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to messages delivered through WhatsApp.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message to stop them, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Reply HELP for help.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored on secured servers with access limited to people who need it to run our donor communications. We keep it while you support us and delete it when you ask.
